Terms & Conditions / Important Information

General

Mulligan Shop is a small, independent second-hand shop operated in my free time. All cards and products are manually registered. Because of this, mistakes can happen, especially regarding card condition, language, and stock quantity.

If an error is noticed before shipping, I will contact you. If you notice an error after receiving your order, please contact me — we will find a fair solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a refund or sending the correct product (if available).

Card prices

Magic: The Gathering card prices fluctuate. Prices in the shop are updated from time to time, so a card may be slightly cheaper or more expensive from one day to the next.

Errors & availability

I’m a one-person shop and I do my best — but mistakes can happen. I reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or stock errors, and I may cancel/refund an order if something is not available. If that happens, I’ll always message you first.

Shipping & processing time

• Shipping: Switzerland only
• Usually A-Post (standard shipping CHF 2.–)
• Orders are usually shipped the next morning. Afternoon orders may not ship the same day.
• In some cases, shipping may take longer, as everything is handled manually.

Minimum order fee

• Orders under CHF 10.– have an additional CHF 2.– minimum order fee.

Payment methods & reservation

• Payment methods: TWINT or bank transfer
• Cards are reserved for 5 days
• If payment is not received within 5 days, the order will be cancelled and the cards return to stock

All sales are final

• Private sale. No warranty and no returns/exchanges.
• If I shipped the wrong item or something arrives clearly damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos — we’ll find a fair solution.
• Please check photos/description carefully before buying (condition and language can vary).

Condition photos

• For cards priced over CHF 3.–, I can provide additional condition photos on request.

Selling cards

If you want to sell cards, contact me at mulligan-shop@gmx.ch and send a fair offer. Price evaluations are not provided. Please keep in mind that I need a margin as well.
